I can't answer this because you appear to be assuming that "poor" is the same thing as not being a useful member of society.
I know folks with plenty of money who aren't useful members of society and way more folks who can barely make ends meet financially who have a heart for caring for others and do so, even in spite of the fact that they're not making any money at it.
In addition... I know several folks who don't have much money at all who could use a donated organ and folks with big houses who could survive without a kidney but who don't care enough to donate. So... that's what I get for living in the world of non-profit organizations that provide services to folks with a rare genetic disorder I guess, huh?
I think you need to readjust your perception of what makes people valuable to society.

I think it's already being done on a small scale with the poor selling organs. Our world is trying to farm by the way of cloning? Think about it, we are on that path.

it's been done already and the reason why is because it is not very humane, we have the technology to do without doing that now but it is not cost effective, in comparison with just taking some poor bum off the street and stealing them from him, it makes a lot more sense to do that but it is not ethical, I don't know what to tell you, you have already got some pretty strange and wicked ideas in your head, I guess maybe you are already short on ethics

It's happening in china all the time. They kill the prisoners and sell their organs. There was a news story about that a few years back.

Honestly... I agree. There's no reason for anyone in this country to be poor yet there's poverty in every state... I say either farm them for vital organs or approve the whole stem-cell research to produce organs...
