Take a pregnancy test. No it's not too early. There are some on the market that can be used between 4-7 days before you miss your period.

You should be able to have blood work done this far along, a home urine test, and even the urine tests at the doctors office probably wouldnt pick up on anything yet.
You'll have to request blood work, since most doctors will tell you not to if the urine test is negative.
Nevermind the post about an tubal pregnancy. You wouldnt be able to feel anything that soon after conception, and generally you have up to two months before the ebryo is large enough to cause pain in the fallopian tube. and that pain would be alarming, not just uncomfortable.
If you are pregnant, the pain would be caused by your uterus preparing for pregnancy, the muscles and ligaments stretch, and its painful, almost like period cramps, and can last for the first couple months.

it might be too early, there are other signs to guess if your pregnant aswell, usually you wlill need to go to the toilet alot drink heaps of water be really hungry weight gain also the area around your nipples will darken, some woman get alot of head aches aswell. also you'll feel really tired and have more discharge then normal. I took a test the day before my period was due which showed up as pos. so its more than likely if you where to get a good testing kit you will get an accurate result.

breasts will start to tingle and become darker around the nipples and you would have lower stomach ache because that happens when just conceived as your body is changing due to homones being released and sometimes if your due a period you can get tender breasts but the colour does not change when having a period if concerned get a home pregnancy kit it does not have to be a expensive pregnancy kit as they all do the same

If you had unsafe sex, yes you could be pregnant, however, that does not mean you are, just may be off a little this month. Take an ept if that show you are then go see a doctor, if it show negitive then wait a bit and see what happens. Who know you may just skip a month which happens to women sometimes.

Most Home pregnancy tests will show up negative after just 10-14 days.Go to a hospital and take a more comprehensive pregnancy test. The earlier it is detected, the easier it will be to take appropriate action.
It cud just be a delayed period.
