1988 Toyota Corolla all brakes sticking locking up after a few stops release after awhile?

If all the brakes are sticking and locking up then it's your master cylinder that has gone bad and is keeping pressure even when the foot is not depressed.

If it's only one set (ie front two, or rear two) locking up for a while, it's the brake proportioning valve that has gone bad.

If it's only a single brake locking up then it's the individual caliper/slave cylinder
