Attendance is school should not be voluntary. We live in an ever changing world where knowledge is needed.
Attendance at church should be voluntary. God is every where not just in a building. He will lead and guide us in this everchanging world.
Attendance at a bar should be vluntary.personal choice.
Attendance in the military should be voluntary. Yes we need these men and women to keep our country free but it still should be a personal decision.
