Splat... the energy is absorbed internally. Obviously it depends on the surface they land on but basically the bones shatter and everything collapses in on itself. The body of somebody that has fallen from any significant height to a hard surface is like a tied up sack of leftovers from a restaurant.

I easily have considered photos off most of the jumpers. It distinct. some were regularly in tact with some organs laying beside them the position their pores and skin burst open from the outcome, others were basically spots on the line with scattered bits and products. no one survived from a fall that far. someone said there have been jumpers from decrease flooring. that couldn't perfect. each and each of the jumpers got here from higher flooring from both towers. a minimum of FDNY firefighter became killed at the same time as a jumper landed on correct of him. They both died, so, no, landing on correct of someone gained't save everybody. There are photos, as I reported I said on some web pages. yet except you've an exceedingly good abdomen and are not effected through guts and gore, do no longer seem. basically take my be conscious for it.

Geez - don't pay attention to the bullshi* some people have answered. It really does matter what the jumper lands on - I've done an Remote Medic Technician course as part of my job and we saw lots of horrific videos etc as part of the training, people with limbs missing, burn injuries etc. As far as I can remember all the jumpers bounced a couple of foot after the initial impact but they were all on concrete out of buildings etc.

Try it and find out! =0)
Seriously tho, Yes, The human body bounces after impact with floor.(Even from 'standing' hight)
Sky-divers whose parachutes fail to open are advised by instructors to try and grab a hold of the grass when they hit the floor to stop them bouncing as (apparently, I've never tried) the first impact smashes bones, internal organs ect, and the second is supposed to kill.
I suppose if you fell far enough, and hit a solid enough surface you could make the human body 'splash'.

More of a thud then a splat, with a pinch of "crack".

usually it would just splat, because the body isn't made of rubber, unless you land on something soft and bouncy
