I agree with the first response.
Your belt or belts are most likely loose. Check your power steering belt, along with your power steering fluid levels. That should correct the squeeking when the wheels are turned.

As far as the A/C and tailpipe. I would check the pulley on the A/C, and the mounts around it. You either have a loose pulley or something else in the vicinity isn't on too tight.

Get your Honda up on some ramps, and check it out. Hondas are pretty easy. If you don't have the time, bring it into a shop, it should't cost more than $40.

It is most likely a belt or that one of the components on the belt system is getting ready to go out on you. If you have added electronics to your vehicle lately you may be over using the alternator. Also you power steering fluid could be low or dirty. Depending on the mileage of the vehicle, you could be due some maintenance on the belts and power steering. The ringing noise in the tailpipe is most likely not related, but instead a loose exhaust system part or a catyllitic converter about to go out. With the noise of your AC on caking the squeak it sounds most likely to be your belt. But, the vibration being that strong makes it sound like a bad part thats bearing are putting pressure on the system. Good luck.

Several things get your drive belts checked might need new ones 60,000 90,000 miles timing belt needs to be done. A/C load will make the engine vibrate. Exhaust ringing lift it up and check for interference tail pipe to any thing and gravel in the exhaust heat shields. Look over the motor mounts too

I would check all my motor mounts, or take it to shop and get it inspected,

as for the squeak, you need to try to isolate the noise, could be a worn belt noise, you did not say how many miles on it but at 15K a year, 4 years puts it at timing belt replacement age,

good luck
