how do u put player models on gta vice city?

look at the texture template in the vice city folder, and find the real one. Open it and copy it onto a new document. Create your player and save it in the folder you found the original. When you go on Vice city, go to options and player skin setup. Choose your one and you can play as it (Only with the 'street' clothing on )
