Exactly the GATE exam is held in the first or second weekend of February each year. And forms are available online as well as ofline in Syndicate banks by paying 1000 rupees. The duration will be of three hours. It starts at 9.00 am morning of sunday and fineshes at 12.00 noon. you can also visit any of the web site of IITs.
