No it is not. I am Jamaican and this is one of the biggest misconceptions out there. If you ever go, please be aware that some of the people selling it are actually police officers, myadvice is to get hooked up with a local who can help you score your hash...hmmm...maybe I should go into business....lol..I would just have to start smokin someday....
