You might not have submitted it.
If you have, it takes a little bit because the search engine needs to crawl the website.
If your website is linked to on any other website that is indexed, you will have a better chance of your site being listed sooner

It can be hard to get a search engine to pick up your webpage.
There are plenty of advice on yahoo pages on how you can get that to happen.

coz its depend of hit when hit will be increase your website will come up up and one day at top:) best of luck ( HIT MEANS SINGLE VISIT BY ANY PERSON) so do adversitement of your web page... and it will help u
