For best ideas, always put it to paper. In your case, put it in script form, or write into a story and make it like a radio theater or something to that effect.

I'm not sure if ok4utonv understood you correctly, so let me take a shot...
You're talking about actually making it into a video game for others to play right? Well, you have a few different options.
First - Develop the game yourself
You need to get someone who knows how to program to teach you/do the coding. Now depending on what kind of game you're looking at...you'll need the game engine to be developed also, then you're looking at design and art work in-game. I think that's a good start.
Second - Pitch the game to smaller game companies
Companies that fit the genre of your game are a good place to go to. With THEIR resources, it should make it much easier to develop.
Third - Scratch your idea
It's probably being brainstormed, a work in progress, or an old idea so you'd just be infringing!
The third option is just something you need to keep in mind. I think you can get a patent on your game so that no one will develop the same game/concept (of course there will be copy cats!). Good luck and don't share what your idea really is, you never know who's looking out for a good idea!

You better copywrite the storyline first...or I will steal the idea. Go to a community college that has a game development program. Find a student willing to work with you. Develope a prototype (copywrite that too) and take the prototype to software firm's developemental department to see if they will cut a distribution deal with you. Do not sign a contract without an agent who handles such deals.
