They lived with me for 4 yrs. Last yr they moved back to their dads, my son for his final yr of high school, my daughter because of problems she was having with my then boyfriend. Here is the problem. My X announced 2 days ago they (he and his wife) are moving out of state in 3 months. He has told them if they want his help, they have to go with him. Neither of them want to go but feel they have no choice. We live in the Bay Area, very expensive. I haven't remarried and finances are very tight. Our divorce states that he must pay until they are 21 if they are in school. I'm afraid that he is going to ignore that portion of the agreement. He refuses to talk to me. Get thee to an attorney as fast a lightning!! It doesn't matter how long you have been divorced. He must follow the divorce decree or his is in contempt of court. Get this done now before the kids make the mistake of going with him!!

Go back to court, and if the child support is court ordered then he HAS to pay, it can be taken from his check. Also, it wouldn't hurt the children to take on a part time job to help out with the little extras that teenagers want.

hi ! I loved 40 six years of married contentment, not continually satisfied yet attractive and finished because we both labored at it 24/7, and it became bliss. i'm getting enraged after I listen of people opting out early instead of attending to grips with their complications. no matter if it truly is violent it truly is a special count number. In my early marriage years it became particularly a lot not conceivable to interrupt up we had to carry on and style it. per chance we ought to continually turn the clocks back a touch and make it only a touch harder.

I read both your posts, and to be honest it doesn't sound like you have very much common sense.

Who in their right mind, especially if they had children to worry about, would not make it a point to make sure they saw their own divorce papers????
