Study! Have a look at what you have covered for the exam and revise the parts you aren't sure of. From what I hear a lot of grades are based on coursework now so don't panic about it

The first thing to do is to START NOW, that way there is no stress.
First. Just read the chapter and I mean JUST READ.
Then. re-read and mark out the facts that you feel are important and the facts that you are confused with.
Next WRITE DOWN THE IMPORTANT FACTS ON A CLEAN SHEET OF PAPER.
Find out more about the facts that you are confused with. discuss it with your mates or teachers.
WRITE DOWN those facts with the important ones.
By now you must have read the chapter atleast 3 times, good.
Repeat with all the other chapters.
After u finish, keep revising the notes that you had made. DO IT REGULARLY.
Just before the exam, have a good meal(not heavy, not junk), an apple or pear, do a final revision of the notes and sleep early.
Do not try to STUDY 8 hours before the exam, it confuses you.
All the best!

It depends on how you take in information best. Some people have to practice answering mock questions, others take in information a bit a a time over long period of time. Personally, I have to cram a day or two before an exam, by writing out everything I know on the subject and re-reading it again and again.
You just need to work out what works best for you.
Good luck!

I suggest a couple things:
*get plenty of sleep the night before and make sure you have a healthy breakfast (nothing too greasy, salty, or sweet. You'll be pre-occupied the whole time)
*Read a couple of your favorite books, just to have sentence structure and paragraphing in your mind.
*Do a little free-writing. Sit down and think about how stressed you are about this exam and write it down. The go back and proofread it. This will give you an advantage!
Only one weeks learning? Wow!
I hope this helps, and I hope you do well on your test!

If possible practice from past papers, first from text book and then from own knowledge.
When revising say it out loud atleast two to three times.
Before the exam dont write too much because your hand will get tired.
when in the exam and your hands gets tired massage it, role the pen on the table with your hands, it makes your hand feel revived.
GOOD LUCK!

Depends on your knowledge and fluency of the subject.
Mathematics and physics can often be revised at short notice by those who have a flair for them, and others can cram lots of info into their heads for a short term period.
One approach might be to calculate the way that the examiners will be marking and what they will be looking for and make it a points scoring excercise, purely to obtain an adequate pass.
Better still do all of the above.

In the last week, you should already know your subject well and be concentrating on Exam Technique.
This will include lots of practise questions where you can:
1) Practise drafting an answer plan
2) Finesse the structuring of your answers
3) gain that final bit of technical understanding.

Read up on the subject, revise. Take breaks in your revision and dont get "bogged down"!
Get plenty of sleep the night before the exam and for gods sakes dont go out and get drunk!!
Good Luck!

A weeks learning does not give you much to revise so read, practise writing and then relax. Remember to read the questions carefully and answer as best you can

You don't say what subject the exam is in.
Brushing up on your spelling wouldn't hurt.
Revising is always a good idea.
