my msn home page won't load properly?

all the links are there, but the formatting is off and it has a plain white background. the samr think happens when i open Windows Live Today.....any suggestions on what i should do?

probably your connection is slow or there is something that is eating your bandwidth such as a spy-ware ad-ware etc. or you have a program on your PC that is disabling active X or something like that. and for this reason the page can't load properly.
