I had once found it which is like google earth but it is not google earth website.I don't mean just major street only but like "arthur bunder road'in colaba and other roads like that

There is no need to carry the street map of Mumbai. If you need any direction, just ask the person nearest to you. They will not only give you the direction, but also tell you which bus to take, where to get down, what to do next, what fare to pay etc.

nobody here suggested about mapmyindia.com. not only it gives you the map but also gives routes and directions if you want to go from one place to another in a city.
