No cure unless you drink water on the night you got drunk. Just get a pair of sunglasses and lie in bed drinking coffee... that's what I do.

Have you eaten? Food is the cure of hangovers for me, a good stodgy meal. If you cant face it then force down some dry toast and you will feel better, excercise really works too. When you are hungover your body lacks oxygen and a good walk in the fresh air or gym session gets the blood pumping, you might feel rotten at the start but its worth it!! After that then paracetamol stacks of water and sleep.

A lot of water. Nevermind coffee, it does murder to the stomach if you're a bit on the sick side.
And from being in the service, go for a run. A few miles help you sweat out the last of it. It feels like dying, but it'll clear your head pretty good.
After that, a fatty meal. Your local greasy spoon can really help you with that.

If you drink a lot of water throughout the day, you are less likely to get a hangover. Hangovers occur when your body is dehydrated.

My dad always cured a hangover with another beer. It worked for him but he was so use to drinking alcohol and you might not be able to. I suggest you take some asprin and drink a strong cup of coffee and some water.

Drink 2 pints of water as soon as you can with a couple of paracetomol/painkillers. Then enjoy a fatty meal like an english breakfast. That always works for me, even if I don't feel I can face it it always turns me around. Next time you overdo it, drink a pint of water before you go to bed, it helps lighten the pain a bit the next morning.

What the best thing for hangovers is oxygen. Alcohol depletes oxygen from your blood and thats what causes you to have a hangover. If you can ever get your hands on oxygen...try it. Thats the best thing.

it depends on what you have drunk all night.....
But in any case, drink a lot of water with sips of lemon or lime to wash away the toxins in your liver. Occasionally a black coffee would put your stomach back in place.
Moderate your drinking since your immune system is already protesting against it. Why leave it to die when you are still in time to remedy?
