Are you sure you have a gas flow problem and not a spark or timing problem? If there's no spark, or a spark at the wrong time, it doesn't really matter if there's gas in the cylinder.
For no gas at all to be reaching the cylinders, you'd have to have all your carbs completely clogged. This seems very unlikely.

If you don't think gas is getting to the cylinders than you have other problems. To check that problem, remove the spark plugs (do not attach them to the spark plug caps). With the carbs filled with gas, try to crank the engine with the electric start. Gas should spray out of the spark plug holes. If it doesn't, could be low cyl compression or tight / leaking valves. Check cyl compression. 100psi for it to at least start. 125-150 is normal. Adjust the valve clearance if they are tight.
It's highly unlikely that the main jets are clogged. The openings are very large. The pilot jets can be clogged. The openings are pin holes. Remove the carbs and clean them. Remove the pilot jets (long and thin) and hold them up to the light. You should be able to see through them.

Sounds like your main jets are plugged. I would take the carb off and have it cleaned and have all the jets and orifaces blown out with compressed air. Take the bike to a dealer and have them do it, it usually costs around $60.00 to do it, but at least you know it's done right.

Sounds like a plugged main jet. They are in the center of the carb body. with the bowl off you have access to the float, you need to remove the retaining pin and float. You will see the needle(it will be attached to the float). The needle seats in the main jet. Main jet is brass color.Unscrew main jet, clean(should be able to see a small hole thru it. Reinstall.
