I have always believed the lunar landings were actual events, and still do. However, the recent report that NASA has "lost" the original recordings of the first moon landing does sound awfully weak. The last thing they would have lost would be that data. It would have been locked away so securely, they would have had to get three people together in unison to get access. Perhaps they locked it away a bit too well, and forgot where, like a Christmas present stashed away in a location which was forgotten. But, then again, there is plenty of recorded data from the other landings to support the claim of man being to the moon, so I'm still on the side of believing.

I had never heard about the moon hoax until 11th grade!!!!! I had always thought it to be true. But now, after seeing the "footage" I don't buy it! Let's take an example:
if you are making a movie here on Earth, you only see the house behind you..a field...and the sky.....you do not see "outerspace" behind you in the background of the film nor do you see the shape of the Earth.
in the "moon movie" you see how the moon is round and it looks like you are in "outerspace" by the scenery in the background.
How come on Earth the background of the movies make the world look flat....but on the moon....you can see the moon continuing in a sphere over the horizon????

Of course they have been to the moon. They have no problem going back and forth to the space station. It's in the same neighborhood. If it was faked in 69 they would still have an interest in going there instead of the space station.
Bush wants them to go back so he can share some of JFK's vision or glory.
The fake moon landing was in a movie not reality. It confused some simple-minded people who liked conspiracy theories.
Some of those fools will still deny it happened. Don't let your thoughts be manipulated by fools.

YES. I had doubts about this too until I took an astronomy class in college where we studied both sides of the issue and concluded w/ a definite YES.
The Fox special was an elaborate hoax, not the moon landing.

I have it from a very good source that the answer is a definite YES. This is from someone who has been to places we only dream of - including Area 51.
