Other than getting Direct TV and NFL Sunday ticket (which you have said you don't want to do) find a sports bar in the area that does have the Sunday ticket package. Or if you are into satellite radio you can get Sirius which has the NFL radio package so you could listen to every game.

Cable does not have the NFL package that is only available thru Directv. So if you do not wish to get satellite then find yourself a good sports bar and enjoy the games.

You could find a sports bar to watch them at. I have family in Los ANgeles that are Bears and they wanted to watch the games and pretty much every NFL team has at least one bar dedicated to them for all their fans to come watch.

I know on Satellite you can almost pick which NBC, CBC, etc channels you can chose from. Can you pick Mountain or Central NBC? That would help and only cost a few dollars extra a month.
