No my queen. I have never heard of anyone eating plain corn starch. How do you eat it?

Uncooked? Of course not. But, it makes a good banana pudding.

Otherwise, I prefer to avoid eating anything that has too much cornstarch in it.

Not by itself, but it works great as a thickening agent in sauces.
