I'm serious, why not just kill them? They are not worth the money to keep them alive. And don't deserve to live. Same with child molestation. Kill em!!

So it is time for the "Final Solution" is it. Do you really want to go down this road as Germany did and who would you kill next. Who are you talking about the people who watch child porn, the molester who is on camera, the camera operator, the service provider on which child porn is being shown, recorded, broadcast, downloaded, etc. How about the family and ethnic group of these criminals. There have to be much better solutions to this horrible problem. Child molestation is not a new concept and has been with us forever. Maybe a little more thought is needed.

What do you mean by "doing"? Looking at it? What about police? Should there be an automatic exception for them? What if they are not doing it as part of their official duties, but say they are? Or if they think they are, but in fact they weren't properly authorized? What of university researches of psychology? What of trainee nurses and social workers studying how to deal with abused children?

What if the "child" is not a child, but is one of thosed (few) persons who doesn't reach puberty until after 18, or never? What if the child porn watcher is not in the USA but in Mexco -- say in that part of the USA that was transferred to Mexico some years ago in a land exchange at the Rio Grande (but any persons whose land was moved had the right to continue living there as an American; I don't know if any actually did -- I'm just making a law school argument here.)

What if the child porn was legally bought in Denmark in the 1960s and legally brought to the USA then, but now it's illegal and somebody found it in the attic and is now trying to figure out what to do? What if the child porn is on a computer somebody bought on eBay and now he finds it, and likes it?

What if the computer is in the USA part of the Haskell Free Library in Derby Line VT but the viewer is sitting on the other side of the frontier, watching it while sitting with the keyboard in Rock Island, Stanstead, QC, Canada?

What if the child porn watcher is a foreign diplomat with diplomatic immunity? What if it's George W. Bush and he pardons himself just before you pull the trigger to kill him?

And who are you to say what is child porn anyway? How about fetishists who like children's FEET? Or their runny noses?

I think your project has a serious problem, and not just because porn is in the eyes of the beholder and not just because capital punishment is not allowed in many or most states or in Puerto Rico unless the Feds do it, but in those states and PR juries tend not to convict of death penalty charges (they convict of a lesser offense) or to approve death in the penalty phase of a trial.

So, do lyou have a locked down firewall, in a separate hardware device, with Dan's Gurardian, and Spam-Assassin, between your computer and the Internet?

If the answer is "NO"! then there is a 89% chance that there is child porn on your hard drive.

Based on that, we need to kill you.

You could confess, or not. Doesn't matter.

I use http://ipcop.org running on an old computer, with Dan's Guardian, and Spam-assassin all activated.

Before we enforce your personal vendetta, perhaps we should all use IPCOP??!!

Yep...and that registering in the community thing is worthless...most don't run re-register when they move. Castration isn't the answer, because they can still do things to hurt someone, and some of the molestors are women. If a person CONFESSES to rape, murder, or child molesting then give them death.

I believe in shearing scissors and a hot rod up the buttocks then ironing their fingers together and pouring acid on their eyes and leaving them to fend for themselves on the street.
This way they will be a continuous warning to other possible offenders

The problem is with the criminal justice system.. You have cops planting evidence and framing people. Blacks getting stopped just because they are black and even now there have been many people freed form death row because of DNA findings. If your were innocent and wrongfully convicted, would you want to be sentenced to death? I dont think so.

I'd be the first one to vote for that law! Once they violate the laws of human decency, I don't understand why we have to feed and cloth their worthless asses until they die of old age.

I would love a prison set up like "Escape from NY" had, find an island, put them all on it, don't give them any food or supplies, and let nature take it's course.
