you can learn a language for free if you were in special education.Its called the kenectics alphabet and is now becoming more understood by all the relevant authorities.my youngest son was in special education right from primary school,he was very slow to talk at one stage they were goning to teach him and i the kenectic alphabet.its really quite easy once you pick it up and you usually do so very quickly.I hope tis is of some help to you.good luck.
