Is this a whitetail or mule deer fawn you've found? If it is, you're not suppose to keep it. It's illegal to keep a native species of deer without a wildlife license. It needs to go to a wildlife facility.
If it is an exotic species, then the person you got it from should have some advice.
You're not trying to feed it cow's milk, are you? Don't do that. It won't be able to digest it properly. Cow's milk will upset its tummy. Goat's milk is a better choice. Milk replacement formula for goats would be good. If it has to be cow's milk, used canned, not fresh.
Try dipping the nipple on the bottle in corn syrup or molasses to make it more appealing.

Call that wildlife rehabilitator - it's against the law in most states to keep a fawn..

You should contact a wildlife rehabilitator. You could probably find a list of them on ASPCA.org.
