Get some Black Cohosh in the little brown bottle with the glass droplet dispenser, it works so fast, you can find this at Better Health stores, it is made by Natures Answers, it supports female hormonal imbalance. You might seriously consider http://www.oxypowder.com When you get to this site, check out the ingredients Germanium 132, it is good for everything & anything, it is amazing. It oxegenates your system. This stuff will clear out your impacted chemicals & waste that are causing your fibromaylgia, you might lose 10 lbs in the first week, your stomach will go down. This stuff is great, as it works! Then you can start eating organic. If you have allergies, you might consider a liver cleanse, as allergies are an attack on your immune system. Try to find a holistic practioner in your area. This is serious stuff. It's amazing that you probably won't even bother with this information, most people go to the conventional doctors, which only treat the symptoms & not the cause, the doctors give them drugs, & they continue to take them thus become dependant on them, making more money for the doctors & drug companies. Taking drugs are a "crutch" & over time they will turn you into a "cripple" so to speak, buying over the counter stuff, depending on the drugs, antidepressants, muscle relaxers, etc. I hope you will wake up to this fact. It's all the chemicals, preservatives & artificial ingred. & pesticides that is in our food causing disease. And they will tell you that there isn't a cure for fibromayalgia. THEY don't want to find a cure for anything, they would lose too much money. Good Luck.

Yes I can help you with some natural methods if you would like and for free. Please see my site here http://www.jentleearthhealing.com and follow the instructions on there so I can get a few more details to go off of. I look forward to hearing from you.
This is not a solicitation but a genuine offer of free help.
Yahoo has accused me of this in the past because I offer to help people for free and I want to point out clearly that there is no profit for me in this offer of help, merely the satisfaction of helping another in need.
Have a great day.

My wife has this. She takes several meds which do help. Strangely enough one of the more successful treatments involves taking antidepressants. She also takes ibuprofen which helps with the pain. On days when her wrists are very sore she wears a small brace to help strengthen it. One of the best things she does is exercising. This seems to help with the soreness and pain. A rheumatologist can set up a good regimen to follow.

For natural approaches see the references below. This is a complex problem without simple answers. Some people benefit from taking MonaVie juice.
