my fiance and i are trying - we started july 15. i started spotting on aug 11 and still am. i am having all the symptoms. is it possible even if dr just put me on 1st shot of depo in june?

If you are trying to get preg....why did you have dr give depo shot??

I am sure anything is possible. But the depo shot lasts three months. You can have lots of spotting the first few months you are on depo. I guess I am a bit confused why you would get a birth control shot that last three months if you were trying to have a baby? My guess would be your symptoms are a result of the shot. Which is a higher level of hormones than the pill. But all things are possible. But I doubt it.

no you wont get pregnant for at least 6 months,spotting is a side affect of the depo shot

Why did you get a depo shot if you want to get pregnant??
The spotting is probably from the depo. Go see your doc!

Maybe you should see a doctor. Why would you get that shot in June and then try to get pregnant a month later? That's just plain crazy if you ask me.

why not buy a test soon find out. spotting doesn't mean anything I have been spottong on and off for 4 months

What you should do...is go to the store and get a test and take it. See what the results are. If you are not happy with those results, make an appointment and see a doctor.

go for HcG test either with blood or urine. you can have urine test for pregnancy or just go to near by health center for clarification.pls do give symotoms in clear form for futher questions. all the best
