Maybe you don't have enough drive space? Or a firewall problem? First i would try to see if you have enough disk space. If that isn't the problem, make sure your firewall isn't disrupting the files from downloading. Hope that helps!

If you get it downloaded but it will not load try the beta version.
it was the only one i could get to load.
