the tiny little txt files hardly take up any space at all, but after awhile they will get to be annoining, so make sure you put all of them into one folder, usually my documents is fine.

TXT files are usually very small.Depending of cluser size they take very little space and deleting them will not make any change in computer speed and/or disk space.
Try deleting Temporary Internet Files for a start.

in you windows folder are files that makes your operating system. any file you delete will result in the incapacity to work some of your programs integrated in the os. in case you delete files located direct on your os partition like boot.ini or boot.com etc...will seriously **** up your pc.....
