From the very begining my X has decieved me & the courts. Ours was an amicable divorce, or so i thought. We did our own, no laywers. I filled out my paper work, he filled out his. Unbeknownst to me at the time was that he added that I had an income of $1600 per month. I was a housewife, I didn't make anything. (only the one doing the filling has to show up in court and even though he promised the court to make an honest attempt to send me the final decree, he (his x wife, it's her handwritting on the envelope) sent it to an address 2 yrs old - this is why I never saw it untill a fews yrs ago) Not only did he lie about my financial situation, he was ordered to pay $334 more then what we agreed upon. He never told me this. He watched as I struggled and when I finally asked if he could take the kids (2) for 6 months until I could get on better financial ground, he took them and quit giving me anything to maintain the home. Too long. We get the idea. You can see a lawyer but you should have read what you signed.

Yes you can take your X back to court even if its been 12 years,The only statue of limitations on Divorce regarding children or money is when all children of that marriage have reached age 18. If you can prove all that you have stated not only will your x owe you he will also be in violation of a court order which is punishable by a fine or jail time.Please don't let him slide I'm a divorced father and have always paid for my children and more and that's what I do now is track down Dead Beat Dad's .....

Yes and the sooner the better. Don't fool around get the meanest SOB in the valley as your attorney. He committed fraud--big time fraud.
