Don't wash means don't use a product that strips away oil (basically, anything that lathers). Definitely do not shampoo. You can certainly wet your hair as often as you like. I used to wash my hair every day, but found it looks better if I don't. The more you wash, the more oils your body produces to replace what's been washed away. The less you wash, the less oil is produced, and the less you need to wash. If you can go 2-3 days between washing your hair, you're doing good. I take daily showers, but wear a shower cap most of the time (mostly because I don't want to style my hair again). I wash my hair every 2-3 days with shampoo and conditioner, and it looks great.

It used to be that Sundays were reserved for rest... no stores open, no work , etc.... of course it doesnt really apply these days. But it means not every day is a day of rest. Meaning dont be lazy.

Sunday is rest day for most people, I guest that your Mon is tell you to get up and do something around the house

Sunday used to be considered a day of rest, hence,during the week , we have to go to school or work, so there is no time to rest or loaf, or do what you want to do.
