Hello its me,

You could try this:

Seeds and nuts (specially sunflower seeds)
Wheatgerm foods containing Vitamin B complex, iodine, iron and calcium brewers yeast protein supplements specially soy foods, lecithin granules seaweed.

Don't have caffeine ,refined sugar, to much alcohol to much spicy foods to much meat

ITS NOT AN ILLNESS ITS A CHANGE THAT'S ALL
