You are fortunate the fifth gear and reverse are in the rear of the transmission under the tail housing. The shift fork or synchronizer or baulk ring have failed. Those parts can be replaced with transmission in the truck. But if you think your clutch is weak remove the whole transmission. Do it on the bench. Metal parts moving around the fluid could cause other expensive gears to be damaged get repair soon!
