1950 4100 chevy truck?

A classic truck designed in the day trucks when trucks were not suposed to go as fast as cars 45 miles an hour will make that 203cubic inch six cyl in line stovebolt motor to work to hard. That was around the time oil pumps got started in chevy engines I think 1949 was splash and 1950 oil pump don't hold me to that. the 4100 is a clue. Is this a flat bed cabover or cab and hood dual rear tires? four speed or three with an overdirve. I think the truck weighed in at 7,200 pounds and total gross weight 11,000 lbs.
