Don't know of any website, but independent movie makers would probably love to hear your ideas. They might not be able to pay much, if anything, if they use your idea, but it could give you tremendous exposure if when they take the movies to film festivals and you are credited with idea and/or script writing. Vin Diesel and Robert Rodriguez got started this way. Just google the area/state you live in and independent filmmakers. Good luck!

Debbie Does Dallas starring the unique Debbie. (Self explanatory) Die rapid: Willis kills the undesirable guy right away and the action picture is over in 5 minutes after exploding an insignificant a hundred homes. Exorcist IV: The Conversion. She is going to church, gets born returned, and turns right into a Jehova's Witness. No wait, that must be scarier than the 1st action picture.

I'm an independent screenwriter in New York looking for ideas. I would be willing to partner up with you, if I think you have an idea worth writing. If you're interested get in touch.

There’s a new company that helps you sell your ideas to Hollywood. It’s called Movie Pitcher…I registered my ideas at http://www.moviepitcher.com/clients/aff.php?aff=022. They actually give you in-depth reviews on your ideas, and I had a couple of offers for one of my ideas. They also review/pitch screenplays and reality TV show ideas. It’s a pretty awesome service. I recommend.
