I would like to buy some land in Canada with small pond .Any help?

I do not want anything else on my bureau, maybe owner finance

Check out the site below and also do a search on canada land for sale. Land in Prince Edward Island and upper BC is more readily available and cheaper, though there is also lots in Alberta and Ontario. As for a pond, you'll just have to check thru the ads until you find what you want.
