The nationalised banks appoint through BSRB - u have to go through a written test and interview. Keep looking out for the announcements by BSRB (banking service recruitment board.
As for the private banks u can log on to the bank's site and see if u have any openings that suits u and apply. Or keep watching the advertisements for offers. Or if u have someone working in any of the banks ask them if there are any openings available..
