If what you say is true, it is your duty to talk to the pastor. I question whether this person is demonic.
If you have facts to back up your statements and present them in a cool, logical manner ( In private) to your pastor, He/She will have to look into the situation.
Make sure you have specific proof with dates, times and people involved.
