I've thrown silk panties (including bright colors), silk slips, and a silk Eastern dancing scarf (about 10 yards worth of fabric) in a washing machine on gentle cycle. (Life is too short to handwash.) However, all these items were relatively *inexpensive*, and I was willing to gamble on potential loss. Your mileage may vary, especially if your scarf happens to be a $900 designer special.
If you decide to give it a try, recommend the gentlest cycle possible, cool/cold water, a delicate detergent (such as Woolite), and use of a lingerie (mesh) bag to reduce snagging. If you are not sure of colorfastness, wash separately or with similar colors. Good luck!
(BTW, I hang the dancing scarf to dry, but usually run the other items through my dryer with other clothing. About the only problem noted has been a little deterioration of underpants elastic from heat, over time, and this could probably be minimized if wasn't using so hot a dryer---but I'm lazy.)

I would not machine wash, Do it by hand with a very gentle soap like Woolite. Rinse and rinse again. Hang over towel bar to dry

Yes, but you have to put all delicate fabrics in a zipped pouch, looks like a small pillow cover.
If its very delicate, remove it from the machine before spin dry.

Ich würde den Schal mit Haarschampoo im Waschbecken waschen.

Depending on how expensive it was you might want to have it dry cleaned if you don't want to ruin the colors in it. Some silks are washable while others are not.

Noooooooooooooooo. Just wash it in the sink with a little Woolite or a creamy shampoo. Hang to dry.
