Are there any plug and play server softwares on the market that would let me set up a video site like youtube.com? Including Flash conversion and tagging, user accounts and similiar videos and so on. I'd be interested in anything, even if it's just basic functionality.

Actually I'm talking about server software, database plus application logic, something like Wordpress or Gallery or a forum. Or a content management system. So I'm looking for something that I can install on my server. Thanks in advance!
