I just read a book by Mark Fuhrman, of OJ Simpson fame. He said after careful, logical police work. It was just another case of
simple murder. Oswald did it, and did it alone.
Not to knock the guy. But I remember seeing a film once. Not
the Zapruder film, but filmed from the other side of the street. That clearly showed a puff of smoke, like a gun being fired, coming from
the grassy knoll. Did anybody else see it?
Not to open old wounds. It's done and gone. It was probably a whole bunch of people involved. Either directly, or had the knowledge and didn't stop it.

I have seen the film as well, and have long believed the government was trying to pull the wool over our eyes over the assassination. While anyone else who was involved is likely dead by now, the idea of the govt. lying to us on that great a scale disturbs me.

Yes, you're correct. There are at least eleven known films and photographs in Dealey Plaza during the assassination by these amateurs with cameras: F. Mark Bell, Charles Bronson, Robert J. E. Hughes, John Martin, Charles Mentesana, Patsy Paschall, Elsie Dorman, Tina Towner, Marie Muchmore, and Orville Nix, along with an unidentified woman. Nix's, Muchmore's, and Bronson's films include the fatal head shot, and the films of Bronson and Hughes show the open 6th-floor window of the Texas School Book Depository.

None of these films clearly show the critical portion of the grassy knoll at the critical time, and none show better detail of the presidential limousine than the Zapruder film.
