i am not sure if this is fixable, but your dentist can guide you with more information whether surgically it can be possible and what the cost and implications are.

Some people are simply born with a more uneven 'gum-to-tooth ratio' when they smile than others.
I don't know that there is anything which can be done to change this a great deal, except I can imagine that collagen injections into your lips (or any form of lip enhancement) may help.
Try not to fuss over it- in all likelihood, no one else probably notices it than you- as long as you maintain good oral hygeine and don't need any drastic dental cosmetic surgery (braces for overbites, severely crooked teeth, etc.) then you'd have a pretty normal, beautiful smile :)

On some people, the lip just goes up higher than normal. You really can't do much about it. I would just make sure that my gums are healthy but brushing and flossing a lot. That way they don't look bad. I don't think people really will notice that your gums show a lot unless if they look unhealthy.

I'm sure you have a beautiful smile already. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Try to smile differently maybe. Just don't smile as large as you would normally. There's just nothing that you can really do. I mean you could go to your dentist and see what they think, but I'm not sure what to tell you. Good luck, sweetie.
