i imagine of it really is finished BS that underage servicemen can not drink an alcoholic beverage. I actually have said that surprising ingredient, "your sufficiently previous to strive against in attempt against, you'll possibly want to be allowed to drink" even if, it truly is not the fault of the bartender. If the bartender had served your brother a drink, then that good might want to were breaking the regulation. those who serve alcoholic drinks are in cost for something that could want to bypass incorrect with the guy eating. at first, there are great fat fines to pay, plausible penitentiary time, and the inability of a interest if someone is stuck serving alcohol to a man or woman less than 21. to not talk about the court docket docket situations that take position...IE you get inebriated at a bar, ability living abode, get in an twist of destiny and harm someone...You sue the guy who served the alcohol. And regrettably this happens. the guy or agency or both can get into all kinds of hardship. And if the guy eating is underage, then the stuff extremely hits the fan. So genuinely, i trust you interior the adventure that your brother, or any secure practices rigidity man or woman might want to need to be able of load up on the bar. yet do not blame the bartender, who has no administration over the regulation.

All things in moderation, are they strict about this on the base?
If you can vote, die for country, drive and smoke.... not being able to have A drink seems stupid..... but getting drunk is stupid and voting, dying or driving while drunk..... definitely stupid. My parents allow a small amount of drink under their supervision, so that I wouldn't go out and get drunk as soon as it was legal!

I think if you're old enough to give your life for your country then you should be able to drink alcohol if you want it. I'm against anyone drinking but if you're old enough for the military then you should be old enough to drink.
