I am often told that I am somebody with outstanding listening skills.

One of my greatest sources of satisfaction is in deeply understanding people and their needs, and then artfully creating and brokering "deals" between people in a way that the needs of everybody involved are taken care of. I am only satisfied when everybody involved is winning in some way, and will not broker deals where somebody involved is losing.

A business analyist, you have to listen and form an idea that helps the business. Usually everyone win, even you. Some business analysits and advisors charge up to 25,000 per hour. YES 25 Thousand per hour.

Try obtaining a degree to match your wants.

mediation for employees. The employee wins, the employer wins, and nobody has to pay court costs.

I could use one at work right now, myself. For reasons I can't figure out, and neither can the head of my department, the big guy has decided to ride my *** like a borrowed mule. I hate to file a grievance, but if he doesn't stop I will. So, if we had an impartial person to sit between us, maybe we could work it out. Seriously, if he would just tell me what the **** I have done to offend him I would try to make it right.

You would be a fantastic mediator, trouble is without a degree you haven't much chance of getting a job doing it, such a shame cause life skills are much more important than paper skill, I have a sister-in-law with a degree in counselling, she left her kids to go do this at university, guess what she specialised in, your right counselling kids, how sick, people like you who are genuinely warm and caring, who are very gifted at helping those who need it don't stand much of a chance without that degree paper, you can't teach people what you know can you, it takes a special sort of person to be like you, hope you get to do it one day and soon.
