Well people who are clinically obese, unless of course it's a medical condition, obviously don't take care of themselves, otherwise they wouldn't be obese. If you take such little care of yourself to become obese you certainly wouldn't be bothered about daily showers, etc.

With all the narrow-mindedness out there, I imagine a clinically obese person who may already be at a low point could easily lose heart and think "what's the point"? (Other's have already covered the "generalisations" issue so there's no need for me to go there this time.)

How do you know this?????? Have you met every obese person in the world???? Dont generalise, and lump everyone into the same category just because you stood near a person whose deodorant had maybe stopped working. Theres a guy who gets on the same bus as me who stinks of cheezy genitals, but it doesnt mean all men are like that.....unless you are?

I think that is a good question, but it is not always, just common.
Perhaps the sweating that occurs, from the heart having to work over-time for the body, causes some of this.
I personally do not judge someone who is overweight, BUT I do have a huge intolerance for someone who is overweight, complains, but is too lazy to do anything about it. If you are comfy in your skin, that is sexy. if you aren't, get off you a#s and do something!!!
