Congratulations on your new child =)
Irish names are quite pretty for girls, my names Irish and I'm always getting compliments about how pretty it is. Plus they're unique which I like lol they're not very common.
Anyway how about Roisin? (pronounced Ro-sheen). It means little rose. That's the first I can think of off the top of my head because it's my name lol. Or Aoife that's another name I like (pronounced EE-fya) and that means beautiful.
If you don't like those try this link http://www.babychatter.com/irishgirlsnames.html It's full of pretty Irish girls names, along with there meanings.

We had a daughter last year and wanted an Irish name as my husband is half Irish. We chose Bailey. I wanted something sassy, but that also was what you see is what you get. Nothing people would mispronounce or try to shorten.

You could try Caoimhe pronounced Keeva. (From caomh "gentle, beautiful, precious." The same root as Kevin, the name has become very popular in Ireland with the original Irish spelling. In 2003 it was the twelfth most popular name for baby girls)

In Australia girl`s names are usually a boys name with `lene` on the end, like, for example `Raylene` so how about `Padlene` ?

Ooops..Mother is from Irish stock, so I had better say `Eileen` eh ?
