I can take a joke and I make jokes but a lot of questions asked on here are not funny and deserve a serious attempt at answering, not ridicule.
The racist jokes are just another form of racism so they aren't funny, the idiots that answer"two points" to every question are pathetic losers. There are racists, bigots, white power groups, black power,Mexican power groups and every idiotic hate group you can imagine on here .
I personally don't find their questions or their answers
the least bit funny or entertaining ,if you do then you are no different than the groups of racists that spew that hate
I love to laugh and have a great sense of humor and make jokes on here too ,but I do have enough intelligence to know when to joke and when to be serious. The word respect comes to mind and decorum.

Everyones sense of humour differs though. Like, i will answer a question like 'if a duck has one leg, would it swim in circles' in a humorous way, whereas some people would take offence to it. But then there are some questions that just aren't funny like the ones to do with doing dirty stuff to kids, and racist ones. In those instances, i just report them!

Since when were you elected to make the rules? If I had been asked to set a few ground rules I would have chosen" if you can't write in coherent English without making spelling mistakes (given that one has a check speller) then you should not have joined."

This is a valid point, however, some people who think they are joking are just being ill mannered, rude, crude and socially unacceptable. There is a difference in being funny and playing jokes as opposed to being mean spirited and ignorant.

I agree some people blow things way out of proportion. You probably should post your jokes in the joke catagory so you don't get reported. There is entirley way to many people who take things the wrong way and are too sentimental on yahoo answers.

I enjoy Yahoo Questions but it gets a little scary when you give what you feel is good advice. Given from the heart and someone sends you a e-mail being rude a obnoxious. Please if you need professional help seek a professional. Some people are taking this way to serious. Laugh and be happy keep it light.

Yes. An awful lot of people seem too quick to take offence to answers that are clearly meant to be tongue in cheek.
