Hi there,
All humans have differing strengths and abilities, and a huge capacity to develop new ones. So good for you.
I teach language at college level so have expereience teaching and sugessting ways forward for people. I am guessing from your written work that the English language isnt your strength. This is your personal plan, find either an adult education college/ private or state ask to be placed in part time speaking and listening classes 2 hours a week would be enough to start with.
Find a drama class that you can afford, any work done in these will help you practice effective communication within a range of contexts- and its fun. Make friends with people who dont speak your language do things together- go to a football game watch a film etc.It will build up your confidence and give you a real buzz.
Best of luck!

I think I might learn to spell, use capitals and not abbreviate words in your writing skills.
