Good question! (Although perhaps you meant it in jest.)

In the Philippines you may take a second (or third or fourth) wife if and only if you are (or become) Muslims. You have to show you can afford to support her, and you need to keep your wives in equal style.

BTW Philippine law does not recognize (in the case of persons domiciled there) or allow divorce for non-Muslims, but it does for Muslims.

No you won't be able to. interior the eyes of the philippine regulation you're nevertheless married. In philippines regulations, it truly is bigamous, destroy up first. Then do in spite of you had to do. As presented for purely the paintings. 15 of the Civil Code of the Philippines, "regulations pertaining to to relations rights and responsibilities, or to the prestige, difficulty and legal means of people are binding upon electorate of the Philippines, even in spite of the reality that residing in yet another united states." which ability, in case your prestige is married, such is binding to all Filipinos everywhere you're. in case you marry yet another man or woman irregardless the position is it, you may want to be prosecuted for the crime of bigamy.

first, do u know what being married means?? if u really do love this girl, u have to make sure that you arent putting her in any unfair situation...

being married with someone else and at the same time wanting to marry another one, well that really depends if ur religion allows so, but u have to make sure ur name's clear and free of strings attached if u wanna have new commitment with someone else... i think the law still applies, it doesnt matter where ever u are in the world, u still have to clear ur name from the previous marriage so as not to put ur next marriage null and void... im sure u dont wanna do that,,, come clean, thats the best and most legal thing to do...

Yes it's legal as long as you get a divorce from your first wife. Try marrying there while you're already married and not only will you suffer the legal consequences but the wrath of the Filipina womans family. Nasty!

It's called adultery...and I'm pretty sure having more then one wife is illegal and I doubt your wife would approve...you're only supposed to be in love with one woman-that is your wife.
