being sent to another part of the country for one night nightshift should I be paid for the following day when Iwill be in bed ?

Some companies will pay for accomodation, and some don't.
They might assume this is included in the rate they pay you.
It's better to ask your employer.

I don't know many companies that will pay you for sleeping the next day. You will probalby clock in when you get to work and clock out when you leave. You'll get paid for the time you are there.

Time clocks don't stop working when the sun goes down. I work night shift at a local hospital.

You will not get paid for any time other than the time you work.

you will get paid for what you work man you may get a travel allowance though
