I loved why don't you as a kid, but I always hated it when it came from Belfast. It made it seem that all Belfast kids had perfectly enunciated vowels and that they all went to stage school, when in reality there were only about 4 kids like that in the whole city - and they'd all been dragged off the Malone Road for their posh voices!!! BTW, I know that this really wasn't the point of your post, but I'm feeling rather random today.

HaHa! Havent heard that for years!
Coz if you had turned off your TV set you'd have missed lots of c*ap experiments sent in by 12 year olds that never worked, stoopid games and stage school kids talking down their noses at you!
Growing up in the 70s rocked!

I do. TV is garbage. Nothing but stupid sitcoms, crime dramas, and reality shows on it. I read books, listen to music, and play on the internet.
