What are the top 3-5 things in your "To do before I die" list?

Question

Mine aren't really in order I guess but the ones I think about the most are:
Thru-hiking the AT, starting an organisation that fixes up zoos in developing countries, getting a black belt and spending a period of time as a submissive in a BDSM relationship. So how about you?

1. Be able to cross a beautifully clear lake in Canada in a canoe I built (with help maybe)
2. Be able to open up to someone who isn't a family member.
3. Go bungie Jumping without getting my retinas detachted.
4. Find something meaningful enough to get a tatoo of it.
5. Make a difference.
(these aren't in any particular order)

since last year i traveled to new zealand and next month i am hiking and biking in ireland, i need to spend some time re-making my list of 3-5 things but i do know i would love:

to thru hike the AT
learn to scuba
become an accomplished motivational speaker

well that wasnt hard to come up with 3. i will have to think on the other 2, great question, glad you asked, have a great day and maybe we will meet as we cross the AT

Interesting question. I suppose that for right now, they would include:

Getting a novel or novella written and published.
Having a symphony composed and published.
Becoming fluent in a foreign language. (I know some French and Spanish, enough to read road signs, but I'd be lost in a conversation.)
Visiting the State of Alaska. (I've been to the other forty-nine.)

I have a few others in the back of my mind, but they aren't as concrete as the ones above, perhaps with the exception of being a Dominant to a submissive. ;-)

Anyways, before I die:
I want the Nobel peace prize or become the poet Laurette of England
Write a best selling novel
Date a famous actor or musician
Become a paranormal investigator and find something
Run a marathon

1. Buy and drink a bottle of 50 year old Scotch Whiskey.
2. Continue to learn new things.
3. Teach others what I know.
4. Build a self contained house. (No outside source of Electric, etc.).

1 Hmm. I would really love to travel to Italy again. It was beautiful there and the scenery was amazing.
2 I want to try and visit all of the 50 states, at least once in my lifetime.
3 I want to try skiing and snowboarding.

I want to go to Paris and spend at least a week there, walking around and not in a hurry. I want to go to New York and have a frozen hot chocolate and see a play. I'd like to write at least one novel. I would like to go to Disney World in the fall for at least 3 days. I would like to live long enough to see my son married with kids, i.e. be a grandma.
